Devant ce que je viens de lire là je me permets de lancer un appel à l'aide !
Il y a maintenant des gens qui règlent la puissance du laser
pour faire fonctionner correctement les graveurs Pioneer 110 . . .

« All my Drives were made in China! My 2.nd DVR-110D with A10 Firmware has many burn quality problems with DVD+,-,Ram and CD-RW Media. Now I higher both laser currents for DVD and CD, and now it work fine with all kinds of media. I adjusted the left variable resistor to 220 Ohm (DVD laser power) and the right variable resistor to 460 Ohm (CD laser power) on the laser pickup. Warning: if you set the Laser power to high, a damage of laser pickup is possible! Try only small steps to higher the laser power, and check the result.
The best Firmware can't work correct, if the Laser Power is not correct adjusted! »

« By turning up the laser power as you have, will also increase the laser power for reading as well. Therefor by reading the burned disc on the same drive, there is no way of telling if burn quality was improved or not.
Quite frankly, messing with the laser output power is not a good idea,
as these settings should be optimized before the unit leaves the factory.
It will also void any warranty. »

Afin de nous simplifier la vie ...
il existe encore un modèle baptisé DVR-R100 par Pioneer.

S'agit-il d'un modèle "box-retail"
vendu uniquement en Amérique du Nord ?

In most cases, the results ranged from very poor to roughly usable, with the most troublesome media types being 8x DVD+RW's, most DVD+R DL discs, and CD-RW's rated at speeds in excess of 10x. On the more positive side, many 8x single layer DVD±R and 4x DVD+RW discs were able to be burned at the proper speed and with acceptable quality »

Nice to finally see support for Verbatim 8x DVD+RDL and 8x DVD+RW!

I may have to finally concede that it's become an 8x DVD+RDL capable writer (the results of 8x recording on 2.4x DVD+RDL were crap on many drives, but ok on others).

I also notice that Pioneer has continued their long obsession with giving 12x writing support to 16x media from second tier manufacturers

voila un petit test de gravure d un dvd +RW ricoh en 8x par un asus drw 1608P2 = pioneer 110 ... seulement en firmware 1.37 car asus n a pas encore release le 1.39
ca me parait pas mal, c est le moins que l on puisse dire ... aurais je eu la chance de tomber sur une bonne serie ...
