Bonjour a tous voila y a quelque mois je me suis offert un graveur nec optiarc 7170 s mais depuis que je l'ai il lis les cd r et dvd avec des erreurs il graves avec des erreurs en faite je sais rien faire meme mettre a jour le firmware il met update failed j'ai ete voir mon revendeur pour qu'il me le change et il teste sois disans et il dit qu'il fonctionne parfaitement bien :doh:

si vous savez ou est le probleme ou meme me donner quelque conseil se serais trop sympa merci :wink:

j'utilise nero 7 et xp pro c'est un serial ata ma config si sa peux interesser

amd atlhon 2.66 ghz dual cor
hdd 160 giga
carte ecran nvidia g force 8600 gt
3 giga ddr 2

Tu peux déjà nous coller le fichier Log de Nero

Un log (ou fichier log) se présente sous la forme d'un fichier texte classique, reprenant de façon chronologique, l'ensemble des événements qui ont affecté un système informatique et l'ensemble des actions qui ont résulté de ces événements.

En ce qui concerne Nero tu le trouveras dans le répertoire d'installation, pour Nero 7 il est par défaut dans le dossier C:\Program Files\Nero\Nero7\Core\, il se nomne NeroHistoryLog . On peut le visualiser avec un éditeur de texte , bloc note de windows par exemple.

Attention ce fichier contient le N° de série, pense à le supprimer avant de publier ce fichier log.
tu peux le coller entre les balise [ code ] et [ /code ].
