Bonjour,
j'ai un petit soucis avec mon ordinateur.
J'ai survolé les 18 premières pages du forum mais j'ai rein trouvé qui m'aide.
J'ai donc un HP Pavillion (2 ans je crois) avec un HP DVD writer 630C et cd writer pui DVD rom.
Le lecteur est bien detecté dans le poste de travail quand je met un CD je peux ouvrir la fenetre mais il n'y a rien dedans.
Quand je met un CD vierge pas d'executuion automatique non plus ... et quand je veux graver on me dit: insérer un disque OU aucun graveur detecté

voila ce que je j'ai dans mon gestionnaire de périph:
canal ide principal
(Préiphérique 0 = DMA si possible, Ultra mode 5
(Periphérique 1= DMA si possible, mode de transfert:non applicable)
canal ide principal
(Périphérique 0= DMA si possible, ultra mode 2
périphérique 1= DMA si possible, Ultra mode 2)
canal ide secondaire
(Periphérique 0=DMA si possible,mode de transfert: non appplicable
periphérique2= DMA si possible,mode de transfert: Non applicable

J'ai deja desinstallé les 2 canaux ide principaux
la reinstalation s'est bien effectuée, l'ordinateur reconait bien le lecteur. Mais meme probleme, quand je remet un disque, il tourne pas et pas d'execution automatique ...

J'ai aussi essayé de traffiquer la base de registre comme c'était conseillé sur certains sits mais rien ...
vous pensez que je dois changer le graveur? ou c'est jsute un problem de driver?
J'ai installé Nero info tool mais c'est du chinois pour moi ...

Bon, en tout cas, si la question a deja été posée ... dsl pour la redondance ...

As tu tenté de mettre à jour ton firmware ?
utilises tu des médias de qualité ? si oui quelle marque ?
Ton DMA est il activé ?
Détailles nous s'il te plait ta configuration PC

toute autre marque en simple couche est capté

alors pour le DMA je me souvenais plus j'ai regarder et repris le lien qui me permet d'aider a le faire bien ... suis pas un pro c'est celui là

Oui, alors un peu "trop bon marché" comme marque. Je testerai une marque un peu plus haute genre verbatim, TDK.

je ne saurai te dire si c'est normal ou non vu que tu as du SATA et que cette technologie m'est inconnue.

Ok c'est une "divxbox" ou station media center.

pour la mise a jour de mon graveur .j'en trouve que une ici
j'ai voulut la faire mais je dois mal m'y prendre ....

D'apres ce que j'ai lu via ce lien de maj de ton firmware
il suffit de télécharger l'exe et de l'executer tout simplement.

Je te conseillerai de couper tous logiciels qui tourneraient en tache de fond avant la mise à jour.

alors d'abord c'est bien un média center
quand je veux faire la mise a jour il me créer un dossier dans C
nommé Softpaq
je retrouve le numéro de la mise a jour et dedans se trouve un fichier image de 1,79mo
avec un document word ou il est écris ceci

5. Navigate to the folder containing the update file (C:\SoftPaq\sp26639), select the sp26639.iso file and click ADD.
6. Click Yes and wait for RecordNow to complete the update CD.

For Sonic RecordNow! 6.0:
RecordNow! 6.0 does not support the ISO image burning feature. To update RecordNow! 6.0 to RecordNow! 6.7:
1. Click START on the taskbar, and choose All Programs, CD (DVD) Recorder, RecordNow!, and then click RecordNow! again.
2. Click on the Help menu icon (a question mark), then click Check for Updates.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
Note: You may need to run the update twice, once to update the RecordNow! PX recording engine and again to update RecordNow! to version 6.7.
4. When you are finished updating to RecordNow! 6.7, go to the instructions for Sonic RecordNow! 6.5 or 6.7 to continue with the remaining steps of this firmware update.

For Sonic RecordNow! Version 6.5 or 6.7:
1. Click START on the taskbar, and choose (All) Programs, CD (DVD) Recorder, RecordNow!, and then click RecordNow! again.

3. Navigate to the folder containing the update file (C:\SoftPaq\sp26639), select the sp26639.iso file and click OPEN.
4. Insert the blank recordable CD (CD-R) into the drive.
5. Click OK in the Record Setup window and wait for Roxio to complete the update CD.
6. Leave the disc in the drive and restart the system.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the firmware.
Note: Be sure to read the instructions carefully. Failure to follow the instructions will damage the drive.
8. After the firmware update is complete, remove the CD from the optical drive and restart the system.

donc je comprend peu près sauf le paragraphe 7
alors je grave le fichier image sur un cd je le met dans mon lecteur
je redémarre le pc ..... c'est bien cela ???

j'ai déjà tester mais au bout d'un moment c'est bizarre j'ai plusieur
indication qui défile .... là c'est normal je pense .... après d'après mes souvenir
que cela reste bloquer sur troismots avec entre paranthèse le 1er lettre
genre failure (F) et en cliquant au lettre qui correspont sur mon clavier
rien ....
du coup je redémarre le pc et enlève le cd avant que cela recommence

Tu me parles de paragraphe 7 mais il y en a partout.

ce que j'ai compris c'est que tu te retrouves avec une image iso de type nomfirmware.iso que tu dois graver avec nero par exemple en utilisant graver une image disc.

Ensuite il te faut effectivement booter sur ton cdr fraichement graver pour faire la mise à jour de ton fimware, une fois fait, redémarre le PC en retirant le CDR.

Tu devrais vérifier ta version de firmware avec NeroInfos Tools.

Ici un problème strictement identique au tien, où après constat de refus de disques Memorex et Fujifilm par ce graveur,

Memorex and Fujifilm DL discs are probably the same stuff = RITEKD01.

pour le paragraphe 7 c'est la dernière partie

m'enfin c'est balot chez ma voisine qui a un hp cela marche nickel

alors test de nero
j'ai une Version: E152
et celui proposé sur le site est une Version: E223

mais dans les tests il n'y a pas de coché les DVD+RL
dans la "fonction de lecture prises en charge "
se que j'ai bien sur en se moment chez moi

mais il est bien coché dans la "fonction d'écritures prise en charge "

d'ou la base du bug bien sur se graveur là

et en effet freux ...sur ton lie nc'est le même problème apparement

m'enfin merci pour votre aide .. je vais passer + tard au verbatim +RL
